At approximately 19:39 UTC, our engineering team was alerted and began investigating degraded search performance and trip lookup failures.

At 21:45 UTC, we have identified the root cause to be a third party provider. During the issue, affected users may have experienced slow search, slow checkout times, failure looking up existing trips, and would not have seen carbon emissions estimates in the interface. As of 22:12 UTC, the small number of impacted organizations were configured to use the default carbon emissions estimator. We are now operating as expected.
